ME
Passionate About Inspiring Others
Ana has a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Ministry in Christian Counseling from Florida Christian University. Currently, Ana is the Flourishing at Equilibrium (FE) CEO/ founder/ Life Coach and a Community Health Worker in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) program in Nashua, NH. Ana has experience as a financial adviser, Medical and Community Interpreter in Portuguese and Spanish, Community Health Worker, Ministry leader, Christian counselor, Health Coach, and Life Coach. She has a passion to serve and help others. Resides in Massachusetts with her husband, Leonardo, and her son, Caleb. Ana works hard as an entrepreneur, employee, wife, mother, and college student. She constantly thinks about contributing to her community, our society, and humans in general.
Our history and plan:

Between 2014 and 2016, FE was Flourishing Coaching Services, helping many individuals with different challenges. Some clients who used to think that areas or their whole lives were stuck found new perspectives. Some built confidence, some found the strength within to end toxic relationships and started healthy ones, some forgave and moved forward, etc.
During this time, our motivational groups helped some people experiencing homelessness to find the strength to hope, forgive, love, be patient, and press forward.
The plan for 2024 and on is for FE to reach, motivate, and help many more people than we did eight years ago.
Mission
Our mission is to provide high-quality life coaching services emphasizing mindset renewal and healthy lifestyle management, empowering individuals and families to Flourish at Equilibrium and enjoy abundant life.
Vision
Our vision is that empowered, healthy, and wealthy clients will live abundantly, fulfilling their purposes, respecting, encouraging, loving others, and spreading goodness.
